Payment and Cancellation
In order to allow everyone access to therapeutic, health-promoting interventions, I offer a certain number of hours at a reduced price to people who cannot pay full price. Please get in touch with me about this.

The amount must be paid in full to confirm the booking.
Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the appointment to receive a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Although I can help you with many problems, I am not a doctor, psychiatrist or classic psychotherapist. I am a registered psychologist with additional training in various areas and a holistic approach. If you have been diagnosed with psychopathological abnormalities, illnesses or severe depression, I cannot treat you or only after consultation with your family doctor.
Online therapy session:

The individual session lasts between 50 and 60 minutes.

Walk and talk therapy.
I offer Walk and Talk Therapy, a unique form of outdoor therapy that combines coaching, physical activity and contact with nature. My clients may seek this therapy for various reasons, e.g. B., because they enjoy nature, have difficulty sitting still during traditional therapy sessions, or prefer a less formal format. The sessions begin with us meeting at a pre-arranged location and the client setting the pace of the walk. My walking and talk therapy can help treat anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, stress, anger and grief.
